At Tullius Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring clarity and confidence in
every purchase. Our return policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be considered.
Tullius Jewellers reviews all return requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Eligibility for a return requires that all items are in original, unworn, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and certificates. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Natural centre diamonds 0.50ct and above (no exceptions)

• Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces

• Engraved or personalised items

• Altered, resized, or special-order items

• Items showing wear, damage, or modification

• Items missing original packaging or diamond certificates

 

Return Shipping

 

• Change-of-mind returns: customer pays all return shipping

• Manufacturing faults or incorrect items: Tullius Jewellers covers return shipping
