Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
All items are equipped with a lifetime manufacturing warranty. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you are welcome to send your item to us for an inspection. If we then detect that your merchandise has damage due to a manufacturing defect, we will decide on whether it needs a careful repair or item replacement.
If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect however, then we will notify you if repair services are available with payment or without charge.
We recommend having jewellery cleaned and inspected every 10 months. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend a jewellery's lifespan. Cleaning, inspection, and re-polishing services are available at Tullius Jewellers workshop.
